Tata Zippy - 2

TATA Zippy

At TATA Motors, we firmly believe that a new vehicle (not older than 12 months) should not come to the workshop, and if it does, then it should not spend much time here. To ensure this, we have introduced the Repair Time Assurance program, which is available across all workshops.

The key features of the TATA Zippy facility include an assured repair time of 48 hours. If repairs are not completed within the assured time, a TGP coupon per day would be payable for certain types of vehicle models and repairs. It is important to note that all types of accident and AMC repairs are excluded from this program.

Our Repair Time Assurance program aims to provide customers with efficient and reliable services, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity for their vehicles.

Tata Kavach - 3

TATA Kavach

The Tata Kavach program offers customers an assured accident repair time, which is a key feature. This program guarantees a certain number of days for completing accident repairs. In case the repairs are not completed within the assured time, Tata Kavach will provide a GP coupon per day payable for certain types of vehicle models and repairs. This coupon can be redeemed for future services at any authorized Tata Motors service center.

Moreover, Tata Kavach also provides customers with a pick-up and drop-off facility for their vehicles. This service ensures that customers do not have to worry about bringing their damaged vehicles to the service center themselves. Additionally, Tata Kavach offers a cashless facility for insurance claims, which means customers can avoid the hassle of making payments and getting reimbursement later.

Tata Alert

TATA Alert

TATA Motors is committed to providing support to its customers in case of emergency breakdowns or vehicle-related issues on highways. To achieve this goal, TATA Motors has a comprehensive roadside assistance program called TATA Alert, which is available on all National and State highways.

The key features of TATA Alert include prompt assistance at the site of breakdown within the shortest possible time and restoration of the vehicle within 24 hours. In case the vehicle cannot be restored within the assured time, TATA Alert provides a coupon of Rs. 1000 per day, payable for certain types of vehicle models and repairs. However, it’s important to note that all types of accident repairs are excluded from this program.

In addition to these features, TATA Alert also offers a 24×7 helpline that customers can call to request assistance. The program covers various services such as fuel delivery, battery jumpstart, towing, and minor on-site repairs. Moreover, TATA Alert provides a pickup and drop-off service for customers whose vehicles need extensive repairs.

Mobile Service Vans

TATA Mobile Service Vans

TATA Motors understands that customers’ time is valuable and that it’s not always possible to bring their vehicles to the service centre for routine maintenance or minor repairs.

That’s why TATA Motors has introduced the Mobile Service Van, a doorstep service that brings the service centre to the customer’s location. With this service, customers can avail of quick and hassle-free services at their doorstep, without having to worry about transportation or waiting in long queues.

The TATA Mobile Service Vans are just a phone call away and equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment required for routine maintenance and minor repairs. The service is provided by trained and experienced technicians, ensuring that the customers’ vehicles are in safe hands.

 

Sampoorna Seva

TATA Sampoorna Seva

Sampoorna Seva is a comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repair program offered by TATA Motors. This program covers preventive and scheduled maintenance, as well as breakdown repairs of the vehicle driveline at a predetermined price. To enhance the customer experience, TATA Motors has introduced a 3-year contract for Sampoorna Seva, called Manov. This program offers five packages: Platinum Plus, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

Platinum Plus: Provides comprehensive coverage at the customer’s doorstep.

Platinum: offers comprehensive coverage without doorstep service.

Gold: covers preventive maintenance and labour on other repairs. 

Silver: Covers preventive maintenance. 

Bronze: covers only labour costs for repairs. 

TATA Motors has more than 20,000 active contracts for Sampoorna Seva, indicating the popularity and effectiveness of the program.

Sampoorna Seva is designed to provide customers with a hassle-free and affordable vehicle maintenance and repair service, ensuring that their vehicles are always in good condition. The program is supported by a network of authorized service centres and trained technicians, who use genuine spare parts and modern equipment to ensure the best quality service. 

TATA Delight

TATA Delight

Upon purchasing a TATA vehicle, customers can enroll in the TATA Delight program by paying an enrollment fee of Rs. 1000. This program offers a host of benefits, including the opportunity to win scholarships for their children, a brand new TATA Nano car, and movie show tickets. Additionally, customers can earn valuable points for every transaction carried out within the TATA Motors network.

For every Rs. 100 spent, the customer’s TATA Delight account will be credited with TATA Points, which can be redeemed for spares, services, and other rewards within the TATA Motors network. Moreover, TATA Points can also be earned and redeemed at partner brands such as JK Tyres, CEAT Tyres, Paytm mobile recharge, and BPCL fuel and lubricant outlets.

TATA Delight also provides an unnamed vehicle-linked insurance for the driver, where a death cover of Rs. 2,40,000 is payable to the driver’s family in case of unfortunate death. Additionally, the driver receives hospitalization cover of Rs. 30,000 in case of accidents.

With more than 6,00,000 satisfied customers, TATA Delight is a popular and rewarding program that provides numerous benefits and discounts. In the fiscal year 2014-15, TATA Motors’ customers redeemed 40 million reward points through the program, indicating its popularity and effectiveness.
