We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Mechanic to lead our team of mechanics and provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate must have 5 -10 years of experience in the automotive industry with expertise in Engine, Gearbox & SCR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of mechanics
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections and tests to determine the cause of issues
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical problems
- Communicate with clients to explain issues and necessary repairs
- Provide estimates for repair costs
- Order necessary parts and materials
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Head Mechanic
- Expertise in Engine, Gearbox & SCR Systems
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
